India is home to millions of children with disabilities who depend on their mothers as primary caregivers. For women who are divorced, widowed, or abandoned, this role comes at a profound cost — the inability to earn a stable income. Rigid job structures, skill gaps, and market disconnection trap them in cycles of poverty.
No existing programme addresses the full picture: training and production and market access — all designed around the reality that these women cannot leave home. EmpowerToEarn was built to close that gap, with dignity at its centre.
